Taste of China (Guangzhou)

"That's the longest I've ever gone with just eating Chinese food day-in and day-out."
-Sam, Candian Exchange Student

Most of the food we had in and around Gaungzhou was simply... AMAZING.
Here's a compendium of a few worthwhile mentions.

Glutenous rice with a lotus seed for aesthetics. [It was pretty good!]

Deep fried mantou with condensed milk to dip it in. [FOODGASM!!!]
Also pictured in the background is deep fried pumpkin rolled in crushed duck egg. [It was good]

Lamb of some variety of cooking. [It was just ok]

"Yang Mei"
Red berries from the village. After some research, they're called Myrica rubra. [FOODGASM]

"Stuffed Three Treasures"
Eggplant, Red Bell Peppers, and Bittermelon stuffed with minced meat. [FOODGASM]

"Many-Eggs Fish"
Deep-fried smelt, commonly served in dim sum restaurants. [FOODGASM]

Seafood in a Gaungzhou suburb: Clam. [It was good]

"Fried rice"
I took this photo just because it was aesthetic. [It was fine]

I have yet to find out what this is actually called in China... but
Purple yams!!! [FOODGASM!!!!!]

"Popcorn Chicken"
From KFC in Guangzhou [Fattening....]

That's it, folks!
